While I am extremely happy with the service ,politeness and quality produced I had an unfortunate incident on 19 April at the Ormonde branch at 9:20. I purchased goods to the value of R240.As I picked up the goods from the server the curry dropped on my shirt and pants.I have no complaints about this as it was accidental.In the distraction that ensued the server did I not place the 6 puri patha into the packet.I visited the shop on the 23 April to point out this oversight.No one could identify the person who served me. I was asked to wait for the next lot of workers to come as they might know who served me.After a wait of one and a half hours I was told that the worker who served me … It was her day off.Her name was given as Annetkie( not sure if this is right).I was told to come back the next day but did not as I did I not want to travel 9 kilometers and find there was no redress for my complaint.I tried the customer line but it is forever engaged.I once again stress that they were polite but not able to help.
